The Fitness HUB is a private, members-only facility. Drop-ins are not permitted. Building tenants use their company-provided access card for entry. Local residents are issued an individual access card. Parking is included with membership. Many building employers provide subsidized memberships for their employees. Our Team

Bob is a Certified Fitness Trainer with the International Sports Sciences Association. He has the education and experience to work with people of all ages, whether their goals are to get in shape for a special event, shave off some unwanted pounds through exercise and nutrition, or even compete in a sports event. Bob prides himself in knowing his clients personally and designing training programs specifically tailored to meet their needs and abilities.

Patrick is a lifelong fitness and sports enthusiast with a BS and MS in Sports Medicine. He has focused his career on helping people reach their personal health, wellness and fitness goals through strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, improved nutrition, and weight loss. He also coaches metabolic conditioning functional fitness, powerlifting, and strongman. Patrick works with clients individually and in small groups.

Christine is a Reiki Practitioner and National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer.  She enjoys helping clients prioritize health, well-being, and balance in their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs.  Christine believes practicing different movement modalities helps prevent injury and contributes to a long, healthy lifestyle. She focuses on optimizing total body wellness through personal training programs to help correct postural imbalance and build a foundation of stability.

Fredo Lopez has degrees in Exercise Science from Arizona State University and a Master’s in Rehabilitative Science in Sports Performance. He specializes in tailored strength and functional fitness programs.  Recognizing strength and mobility are key to graceful aging, Fredo uses his more than 10 years of coaching experience and formal education to help his clients create a plan, based on their unique starting point and goals. with a mission to help his build resilient bodies that stand the test of time, resulting in improved wellspan and enhanced quality of life.

Kim is the Owner/Operator of The Fitness HUB. She has dedicated most of her career to developing health and wellness programs. Through education, coaching tools, and technology solutions, she strives to help individuals take full control of their health. Kim is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and a Functional Aging Group Exercise Specialist. She is the founder and Lead Coach for The Fitness HUB’s Longevity Life Zone program for active people 40 and older.

Shahin is part of our Member Services team. He is responsible for taking care of our members during the late afternoons and evenings. He is a fitness enthusiast who likes to stay active. He weight trains daily, participates in many sports, and even meal preps regularly. Shahin is a high school student who has been an employee of the Fitness HUB since he was 16 years old.

James is a part of our Member Services team. His job is to create the best experience for our members. James stocks supplies, processes new member paperwork, and helps keep our fitness center clean and tidy. He is a college student majoring in Biomedical Sciences. In his spare time he plays intramural volleyball and soccer.

Liisa is a lifelong dancer and athlete. She leads our yoga classes with a unique blend of grace, athleticism, and humor. She helps members improve athletic performance, recover and rehabilitate, and increase core strength, stability, and balance. Liisa has specialized training to serve the needs of senior citizens as well as all other age groups.
